# Licences and third-party notices

This website (zunderlabs.com) is built from the `web/site` folder of the Zunder repository. Every dependency is under a permissive licence. This page lists what reaches your browser, what only runs at build time, and the tools used to measure the site.

## What your browser receives

The docs pages themselves are written for this site (`web/docs-content`, © orcastrate UG (haftungsbeschränkt)). Their one diagram is rendered ahead of time to `/mermaid/*.svg` with mermaid (MIT) on the build box; mermaid is not a dependency of the site, because it pulls in elkjs (EPL-2.0).

The full list of every package installed for the build, with its licence, follows below. It is generated by `scripts/licenses.mjs`, which also fails the check if a licence outside the allow list appears (MIT, MIT-0, ISC, Apache-2.0, BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause, 0BSD, Unlicense, CC0-1.0, OFL-1.1, BlueOak-1.0.0, CC-BY-4.0, Python-2.0, Zlib).

## The risk engine in your browser

The market view, the backtest and the watch step run Guard's risk engine (`zunder-risk`, compiled to WebAssembly from this repository, © orcastrate UG (haftungsbeschränkt)) and a small worker (`web/live`, same) in your browser. The open-source crates compiled into that WebAssembly module, and the wasm-bindgen glue, are listed with their licences under "Compiled into the risk engine" below.

Market data comes from Hyperliquid's public API, straight to your browser, and is subject to Hyperliquid's terms.
